iC-03-01FDR-0055 Project Objectives The project Photovoltaic
Systems: from materials extraction to electricity production has the
following main objectives: • Diagnosis and mapping of the potential of RC (Central
Region) for the extraction and processing of semiconductor materials and the
development and manufacture of innovative PV technologies; •
Implementation and development of PV systems in anticipation of new
applications for these technologies, promoting the design and manufacture of products
that meet the needs of the RC; •
Integrated management of the entire production chain, from extraction of
materials to the implementation of final products, evaluating and maximizing
the benefits to the RC Research Team Principal
